What are the Center hours?
Silver Sands and Shopper Services is open Monday thru Saturday, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Winter hours (January 1 - February 28) are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Sunday, 12 -6 p.m.
Does the Center sell gift certificates?
Gift cards, valid at all 100 Silver Sands stores and restaurants, are available at Shopper Services during Center hours and online. Gift cards may also be ordered by phone using Visa or MasterCard. 850-654-9771.
Can I order items online?
Links for online shopping are not available. Individual stores can be contacted by phone or by visiting each store's company Web site.
Can you email me a list of recommended nearby hotels?
Silver Sands offers several "Shop and Stay" packages for shoppers. The newly built Courtyard by Marriott (850-654-7411) and Residence Inn by Marriott (850-650-7811) hotels are conveniently located two miles east of Silver Sands. The Hampton Inn (850-837-7889) is directly across the street from Silver Sands. Embassy Suites (850-337-7000) is located about 1/4 mile from the Center and the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa (850-267-9500) is approximately one mile from Silver Sands. Candlewood Suites (850-337-3770) is also located ½ mile west of Silver Sands on Highway 98.
Are there any coupons or discounts available for the Center?
Silver Sands Factory Stores offers the Platinum Rewards coupon book. Platinum Rewards books are available only at Shopper Services for $3 and offer over $800 in savings! You may also visit the Platinum Rewards Page for more information. Other store coupons may be picked up from Shopper Services.
The What's on Sale Web page is updated daily with new store sales, promotions and events. A copy of this flyer is also available for customers when they visit Shopper Services.
Can you mail me a coupon book?
Unfortunately, Platinum Rewards coupon books may not be mailed. Coupon books are available for $3 at Shopper Services during Center hours.
Can you mail me a Center brochure?
A printable brochure (pdf 360KB) is available for download from this Web site. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact Shopper Services at 850-654-9771 to request a brochure be mailed to you.
